Meet The Eye Doctors At Golden West Optometry
Our eye doctors take the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing, and treating potential vision problems.
Dr. Eric Bass graduated from Duke University (undergraduate) and received is Doctor of Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley. He has been practicing optometry since 1985 and focuses on primary care, contact lenses, and lasik co-management. He has been in private practice at both the Orange and Westminster locations since 1991. His goal is for he and his staff to provide a pleasant, friendly, and professional experience, easy accessibility for patients, and of course, fulfill their visual needs.
Dr. Bass is a Maryland native but loves California. He enjoys hiking, biking, dancing, gardening, music, movies, his kids and his dogs.

Dr. Tiffany Liu graduated from UCLA (undergraduate) and New York (SUNY) College of Optometry where she was Class Liaison for the College of Optometrists in Vision and Development (COVD). She is certified in Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA), Lacrimal Irrigation and Dilation (TPL), and Diagnosis and Treatment of Open-Angle Glaucoma (TLG) and specializes in primary care, contact lenses, and pediatrics. Her goal is to ensure her patients are well educated on their visual health.
In her personal time, Dr. Liu enjoys oil painting, reading, baking, swimming, snorkeling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Kathryn Pham grew up in Orange County, CA. She graduated from the University of the Pacific with a degree in Biochemistry. She became interested in eyes while volunteering at an ophthalmology office, and then attended Marshall B Ketchum University for her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Pham took a particular interest in contact lenses and ocular diseases, and during her last year of optometry school, she did externships at several clinics including Indian Health Services in New Mexico, Veteran Affairs in Nevada, Eye Care Clinic in Fullerton, and Sharp-Rees Stealy Medical Group in San Diego. After graduating, she started working at a private optometry office and Sears Optical. Currently, Dr. Pham is an associate optometrist at our office in Orange. Her biggest goal is to educate everyone, especially children, on how vital an eye exam is, whether with or without visual symptoms.
Dr. Pham is fluent in English and Vietnamese. She is also able to do examinations in Spanish. She enjoys traveling, hiking, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with family and friends in her free time.
